We’re moving into a busy time of year when our lives tend to become crazy and chaotic. We invite you to spend a weekend gently grounding your mind, body, and spirit in order to feel centered and balanced no matter what is going on around you. You will be receiving tools and techniques to give you support and strength and you will find this retreat to be motivating and inspiring.
Camie Harvey from Flowing River Circle and Nicole Packer from Retreat into Life are combining their unique skill set as licensed therapist, trained drum circle facilitator, certified sound healer, clinical hypnotherapist, behavioral specialist, and yoga and meditation instructor in order to provide you with a grounding experience of connection and strength.
FRIDAY November 4th
5:00 pm Arrive and check in. Enjoy the amenities (games, hot tub, explore grounds)
6:00 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Welcome, introductions, drum circle, intention setting, and sound bath.
9:00 pm Free time to soak in the hot tub, play games, relax, etc.
SATURDAY November 5th
8:30 am Grounded Yoga practice with meditation and breathwork. Appropriate and adapted for everyone.
10:30 am Group experience with EMDR and drumming
12:00 pm Lunch
1:30 Axe Throwing
3:30 pm Group experience with Hypnotherapy (bring extra blankets and pillows)
6:00 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Free Time. Relax, soak in the hot tub, explore, write in your journal, enjoy private meditation, connect with others, play games, and more!
SUNDAY November 6th
8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am Closing including gentle yoga, meditation, sound bath with Nikki and Camie
