Self Love Event - Drum Circle & Sound Bath

This Self Love event will focus on:

• Cultivating love within yourself
• Creating better relationships with others
• Increasing self-awareness
• Exploring mindful self-compassion

These special events are a blend of drumming, sound healing, psychoeducation and therapeutic skills that enable participants to discover connection and healing. We are repeating the theme of Self Love, but the experience will be different than the last Self Love event. 

Camie is a mental health therapist (LCSW) and her specialized training in drum circle facilitation and sound healing enables her to assist others in deepening their self-awareness, connecting more fully with others, and embracing transformation.

Camie uses evidence-based practices that have been used in cultures all around the world as she helps to bridge the science of psychotherapy with the spirit of indigenous healing.
