Self-Love Event - Drum Circle & Sound Bath

This Self Love event will focus on:

• Cultivating love within yourself
• Creating better relationships with others
• Increasing self-awareness
• Exploring mindful self-compassion

These special events are a blend of drumming, sound healing, psychoeducation and therapeutic skills that enable participants to discover connection and healing.

I provide all of the instruments and no experience is necessary. Many people who come to my drum circles have never touched a drum before. I focus on making the experience accessible, engaging, meaningful and fun.

Drumming is a wonderful way to relieve stress, to connect with others and to internalize the information being taught. As we drum, I'll be sharing tools and techniques that I use with my clients as a therapist; things that they have found to be helpful in living more fulfilling lives.

The event ends with a sound bath which is a wonderful opportunity to fully integrate the experience that you just had with the drumming and interacting with others. It gives you a moment to go inward and to be still within yourself.

Overall, it's a healing experience that can enrich your life.

The location is at the Yoga Wellness Connection at 541 River Pkwy in Idaho Falls.

The cost is $39 which is the same price as a group counseling session.
