Self Love Event - Drumming, Sound Bath & Meditation

Camie uses evidence-based practices that have been used in cultures all around the world as she helps to bridge the science of psychotherapy with the spirit of indigenous healing. Camie is a licensed therapist and uses unique psychoeducation & therapeutic skills fused into guided meditation practice, mindful movement, sound baths, and drumming.  

This self love event will focus on:
