About the event
Renew your body and mind on Friday, March 11th at 7:00 pm with yoga, live drumming, and a sound bath! Camie Harvey from Flowing River Circle will provide the live percussion and sound bath and Nikki Packer from Retreat into Life will be leading the yoga flow.
Experience a renewal of purpose and energy as you move your body mindfully and then integrate your experience as you take in the healing sounds.
